My daughter bought me this little guy for Christmas last year.

The dew is starting to get heavier and heavier, we have had mornings of frost, but this wasn’t one of them.  Fall is coming.

BTW, I’m just going to brag about my wife for a second, tomorrow morning (07/19) she’ll be running a marathon in Logan, UT.  Go Min!

My 7 year old daughter looked at this picture and said "Wow, look at all that Bokeh!"  I guess she’s been listening to my talk.

I shot this this morning using my extension tubes as I don’t have a macro lens.  I used tube 1 and 2.  For $8 shipped to me, I think I got my money’s worth out of these things.

I had a tough time coming up with a good shot for this subject.  In the end I decided to pull out the flash and see what I could do.  I sure saw it looking a lot better in my head!  Oh well, that’s how we learn I suppose.

Headshot of my daughter.  It was hard to get this shot in the noon day sun, but we moved to the shade and used a silver reflector to fill in the shadows on her face.  I picked this tree as a background because it creates nice bokeh dots.  It is Wednesday right?

After a long winter, Spring has come in full force the last few days.  The grass has turned green and this morning there was a nice dew that had settled down.  I love this season.
